Pin Replacement & Blade Change Block
Revolutionize the process of changing your mechanical blades with this jig. It streamlines the pin-changing task and features integrated magnets to maintain the blades' alignment with the ferrule.
Two options are available: Screw-In and Glue-In. The Screw-In block is compatible with all mechanical broadheads, including those that are glue-in, provided they are not already glued into an arrow. The Glue-In block is specifically designed for use when the broadheads are glued into an arrow.
How to:
- Remove set screw.
- Insert the broadhead into the jig with the front blade screw oriented to the right. Then, push used locking pin out. For pin replacement only, proceed to step number 10.
- Detach the broadhead, then replace the front main blade in the ferrule and secure it by tightening the screw.
- Place the ferrule into the block ensuring that the front blade screw is oriented to the right..
- Begin by inserting the kick-out blades, starting on the right side (the lower side of the jig), and then proceed with the left side. This arrangement will place the left blade on top of the right blade. Ensure the top hole of the ferrule aligns with the holes in the blades before inserting the pivot screw. If needed, use a hex key to align the holes.
- Insert the pivot screw, carefully close the blades and snug down the pivot screw.
- For Turkey blades remove ferrule from block and close blades.
- Now, insert the broadhead back into the block, ensuring the front blade screw is oriented to the left.
- Place the polymer pin, press down firmly, and tighten the set screw.
Please be aware that block colors may vary.

Havent gotten to use it yet but should be helpful in changing blades and dealing with the pins and screws for this head. The head has been awesome at killing deer but changing pins and blades can be frustrating

It makes it easier than replacing blades without it. Still frustrating to exchange blades. Not impossible tho
